Research-use-only sale terms
These terms are written for a research compound storefront and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.
Buyer eligibility
By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, authorized to purchase research-use-only materials, and purchasing solely for lawful laboratory research purposes.
No human or veterinary use
Products are not foods, drugs, cosmetics, dietary supplements, medical devices, or veterinary products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate disease.
Documentation
Documentation may be available by SKU and lot when released. BasedResearch does not represent that every product page includes every possible testing document at all times.
Order review
Orders may be reviewed, delayed, refused, or canceled when purchaser eligibility, shipping details, product availability, payment authorization, or compliance concerns require review.
Shipping and risk
Shipping availability, transit time, carrier options, and replacement eligibility depend on the final storefront configuration and applicable policies displayed at checkout.
Returns and cancellations
Returns, replacements, and cancellations are handled according to the posted order support process and may be limited for research materials, temperature-sensitive products, or opened items.
