Testing and documentation standards

Documentation that follows the lot, not the claim.

Every lot we sell has a paper trail. If a CoA, HPLC, or mass spec report is available for your lot, it links straight from the product page. If a document isn't already attached, message Support with the SKU and lot — we'll send what's on file.

Request documentation

Documentation status language

  • CoA by lot
  • Purity verified by lot
  • Documentation available when released
  • Requestable by SKU and lot ID

What may be available

Lot-specific testing documents

Availability depends on the product, lot, supplier release status, and uploaded documentation. This page does not imply every product currently has every document.

Certificate of Analysis

A CoA should be tied to a specific SKU and lot. When present, product pages can link directly to the released file.

HPLC

HPLC documentation may be used to support purity verification by lot when the underlying report is available.

Mass spectrometry

Mass spec documentation may support identity verification for the released lot when provided by the supplier.

Endotoxin when available

Endotoxin reporting is shown only when real released documentation exists for the matching product and lot.

Request workflow

How documentation requests are handled

  1. 1

    Submit SKU and lot

Use Support to provide the SKU and lot ID when you have it. Product pages prefill the SKU where possible.

  2. 2

    Availability is checked

Released documentation can be provided. If documentation has not been released, Support should state that plainly.

  3. 3

Documents are matched to the request

Documentation is useful only when it corresponds to the requested product and lot. Generic proof should not be substituted.
