Plain answers for research buyers

The storefront is intentionally conservative: research-use-only language stays visible, documentation is lot-specific, and unsupported claims are not used to sell products.

Are BasedResearch products for human or veterinary use?

No. Products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not for human use, veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or any use involving administration to people or animals.

How do I request a Certificate of Analysis?

Submit a Support request with the SKU and lot ID if available. Released documents are supplied only when they correspond to the requested product and lot.

Why does a product say documentation is available by request?

That means no released document file is currently attached to the storefront record. Support can check availability by SKU and lot instead of the site displaying invented or generic proof.

Do product pages include dosing, reconstitution, or use instructions?

No. BasedResearch does not provide dosing, administration, diagnostic, therapeutic, or human-use guidance. Product information is limited to research catalog and documentation context.

Can institutions request bulk pricing?

Yes. Use Support and select bulk or institutional pricing. Include the products, estimated quantities, organization, and any purchasing constraints.

What information helps with order support?

Include the order number, purchaser email, and a concise description of the checkout or order issue. Do not send sensitive payment details through the form.

What is the email fallback?

If the Support form is unavailable, email hello@based-research.com and include the relevant SKU, lot ID, order number, or inquiry type.
